 You are seeing the third exchange from the first Randori (Randori Ichi No Kata). In Seikido, Randori are made up of 13 exchanges comprised of three groups of four attacks to which correspond three groups of four dodging and counter-attack techniques. The set ends with a final and decisive exchange performed with Kiai. |
